The Art workshop, floor 0,5

Capturing nature’s raw beauty and the intricate interplay of light and color is typical of Aili Kangas’ (1924-2000) paintings, which are vibrant explorations of emotions and the landscape in and around Kiruna. The workshop participants are invited to get inspired by Kangas’ work, which is on view at the museum, and make their own versions under the guidance of the mediators of Kin. The session includes a hands-on activity and a tour of the current exhibition.

For children and adults. Drop-in. For free. In English.
